RaceTrac Sodapalooza

We became RaceTrac’s AOR in 2016. To kick off our work, we created a new campaign, redesigned their iconic Sodapalooza cup, developed an improved look/tone/feel and came up with the multimedia tactics and contest surrounding RaceTrac’s most successful annual event: Sodapalooza.

We created a :30 digital video spot to promote Sodapalooza 2016, then created another :15 spot from this execution, which we used across social platforms. The videos showed TracFanatics what’s new – slick redesigned cups, bonus savings on snacks, and absolutely unlimited free refills.

What Would You Do?

We also created a :30 spot to showcase our “WWYD For a Cup” promotion within Sodapalooza 2016. We asked fans to show their love by sharing what lengths they would go to get a Sodapalooza cup, then surprised a few lucky winners with a free cup.

Sodapalooza Selfie contest

We created Sodapalooza content all summer long, leveraging the campaign’s bright neon colors and breezy attitude across Facebook and Twitter. To keep the conversation going, we asked TracFanatics to submit their selfies with their Sodapalooza cups for the chance to win a road trip with friends. We supported this online with social media and Pandora ads.

We wrote and directed Sodapalooza radio ads that ran all summer. We also provided stations with promos they could share on their social media channels.
